ImageVids AI is an AI image-to-video generation platform that allows users to upload images, enter prompts, choose AI video models, and create AI-generated videos.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use ImageVids AI. If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including:

• Uploaded images
• Prompts
• Generated videos
• Credit usage
• Subscription activity
• Any actions taken by users with access to your account

ImageVids AI provides AI-powered creative tools, including image-to-video generation, prompt-based motion control, model selection, video settings, generated video history, and related features.

We may add, remove, update, suspend, or modify features at any time. AI models, generation quality, generation speed, credit cost, available durations, output resolution, and supported settings may change based on model availability, technical constraints, provider changes, or business needs.

ImageVids AI may provide free trial credits to new users or eligible accounts. Free trial credits are provided for testing the service and may be limited by:

• Number of generations
• Model availability
• Output resolution
• Duration
• Watermark
• Queue priority
• Expiration period
• Account eligibility

Free trial credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be changed, limited, or removed at any time.

ImageVids AI may offer paid credits, subscription plans, or other paid features.

By purchasing a plan or credits, you agree to the price, billing cycle, included features, credit rules, renewal terms, and limitations shown at checkout or on the pricing page.

You are responsible for reviewing all billing details before completing a purchase.

"User Content" means content you upload, submit, generate, or provide through ImageVids AI, including images, prompts, text, generated videos, comments, feedback, and settings.

You retain your rights in content you own. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights, licenses, permissions, and consent needed to upload and use any content submitted to ImageVids AI.

AI-generated videos may be unpredictable, inaccurate, inconsistent, or not match your prompt. ImageVids AI does not guarantee that any generated output will be error-free, unique, legally protectable, suitable for your intended purpose, or free of third-party rights.

You are responsible for determining whether generated outputs are appropriate and lawful for your use.

Commercial use may be available on eligible paid plans. If your plan includes commercial use, you may use generated outputs for commercial projects, subject to these Terms, our Content Policy, and any plan-specific restrictions.

Commercial use does not give you ownership of third-party intellectual property, trademarks, likeness rights, copyrighted images, brand assets, characters, celebrities, or other protected material that you do not have permission to use.

You may not use ImageVids AI to create, upload, generate, or distribute content that violates our Content Policy, including but not limited to:

• NSFW, adult, nude, or sexually explicit content
• Sexualized content involving minors
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Deepfake-style misuse
• Unauthorized use of a real person's likeness
• Harassment, hate, threats, or abuse
• Violent extremist or terrorist content
• Illegal content
• Copyright, trademark, or publicity rights infringement
• Content designed to bypass safety systems
• Fraud, scams, impersonation, or misleading content

We may review, block, remove, restrict, or refuse to generate content if we believe it violates our policies, applicable law, payment processor requirements, model provider rules, or safety standards.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies or attempt to bypass safety systems.

If a generation is blocked because the uploaded image, prompt, or request violates our Content Policy, credits may not be refunded.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's applicable terms and policies.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Subscription cancellations are handled according to our Cancellation Policy.

ImageVids AI may use third-party services, including AI model providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics tools, payment processors, and support tools. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions, model changes, pricing changes, downtime, or provider limitations.

We aim to keep ImageVids AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, high demand, provider outages, model limitations, security issues, or events outside our control.

ImageVids AI is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that:

• AI outputs will match your prompt
• Generations will always succeed
• Outputs will be unique
• Outputs will be legally safe for your intended use
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any particular model will remain available

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageVids AI and its owners, employees, contractors, vendors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost business, or reputational harm.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to ImageVids AI in the three months before the claim arose, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

You may stop using ImageVids AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Content Policy, payment rules, legal requirements, or if your use creates risk for ImageVids AI, our users, payment providers, or third-party partners.

Termination may result in loss of access to your account, generations, credits, and subscription benefits.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of ImageVids AI after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
