1. Summary
Before purchasing, please review your plan, credit amount, billing cycle, model access, export limits, watermark rules, and commercial use permissions.
In general:
- Free trial credits are not refundable because they are free.
- Used credits are generally non-refundable once a generation task starts.
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins.
- Credit packs are generally non-refundable after credits are used.
- Failed generations caused by system errors may be eligible for credit restoration.
- Generations blocked due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
2. Digital Service Notice
ImageVids AI is a digital service. When you start an AI generation task, computing resources, AI model access, storage, and infrastructure costs may be used immediately.
For this reason, credits consumed by a started generation task are generally non-refundable, even if the output does not match your expectation.
3. When Refunds May Be Available
We may offer a refund or replacement credits in limited cases, such as:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase because of a billing error.
- You purchased a plan but did not receive access due to a system issue.
- A generation failed because of a confirmed ImageVids AI system error and credits were still consumed.
- You contacted us shortly after purchase and did not use any paid credits or paid plan benefits.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
4. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Credits already used for generation tasks
- Outputs that are technically completed but do not match your creative expectation
- Poor prompt results, unwanted motion, artifacts, or style mismatch
- Generation attempts blocked because of Content Policy violations
- Attempts to generate NSFW, adult, illegal, infringing, or prohibited content
- Free trial credits
- Expired credits
- Subscription periods that have already started
- Account termination caused by policy violations
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Purchases made by mistake after checkout confirmation
- Loss of access caused by user account sharing, misuse, or violation of Terms
5. Failed Generations
If a generation fails because of an ImageVids AI system error, we may restore the consumed credits or provide replacement credits.
A failed generation does not include:
- Output quality you dislike
- A prompt that did not produce the intended motion
- Style, realism, face, hand, object, or scene artifacts
- User-uploaded images that are unclear, low quality, or unsuitable
- Policy-blocked prompts or uploads
- Failures caused by unsupported files or user-side network issues
6. Policy-Blocked Generations
If a prompt, image, or generation request is blocked because it violates our Content Policy, credits may not be refunded.
This includes attempts to generate or manipulate:
- NSFW or adult content
- Nudity or sexually explicit content
- Sexualized minors
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Deepfake-style misuse
- Unauthorized likeness or impersonation
- Illegal, hateful, violent, or infringing content
- Content designed to bypass safety filters
7. Subscriptions
Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
If you cancel a subscription, cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Paid benefits usually remain available until the end of the current billing period unless your account is terminated for policy violations.
8. Credit Packs
If ImageVids AI offers one-time credit packs, unused credits may be refundable only in limited cases and at our discretion.
Used credits are not refundable. Promotional, bonus, trial, or free credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact [email protected] with:
- Your account email
- Transaction ID or invoice number
- Date of purchase
- Plan or credit pack purchased
- Reason for refund request
- Relevant screenshots, if applicable
We may ask for additional information to verify your account and transaction.
10. Refund Review Time
We aim to review refund requests within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method when possible.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
11. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, your account may be restricted while the dispute is reviewed.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will apply from the date it is posted.
