You can cancel your ImageVids AI subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
After cancellation, your paid plan benefits usually remain active until the end of the current billing period.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription through your account dashboard if available.
Typical steps:
- 1 Sign in to your ImageVids AI account.
- 2 Go to Account, Billing, or Manage Plan.
- 3 Select your active subscription.
- 4 Click Cancel Subscription.
- 5 Confirm cancellation.

3. When Cancellation Takes Effect
When you cancel a subscription, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
Your paid benefits may remain active until the end of the current billing period, unless:
- Your account is terminated for policy violations
- Payment is reversed or disputed
- Fraud or abuse is detected
- Applicable law or payment processor rules require otherwise
4. No Automatic Refund for Cancellation
Canceling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period.

5. Renewal Charges
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before renewal if you do not want to be charged again. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid renewal processing delays.
6. Credits After Cancellation
Credit rules may vary by plan. Depending on your plan, cancellation may affect:
- Monthly credit renewal
- Access to unused subscription credits
- Credit rollover
- Watermark-free exports
- HD exports
- Commercial use rights
- Priority queue access
- Advanced model access
If credits are tied to an active subscription, they may expire or become unavailable after the subscription period ends. Promotional or free credits have no cash value.
7. Credit Packs
If ImageVids AI offers one-time credit packs, cancellation of a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund separately purchased credit packs.
Credit pack usage and expiration are governed by the purchase terms shown at checkout and our Refund Policy.
8. Account Deletion Is Different From Cancellation
Deleting your account is not the same as canceling your subscription.
If you want to stop billing, cancel your subscription first. If you delete your account without canceling an active subscription, billing may continue if the payment processor subscription remains active.

9. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend or limit access to paid features. We may retry the payment according to payment processor rules. If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription may be canceled or downgraded.
10. Plan Changes
If you upgrade, downgrade, or change your plan, the new plan terms, pricing, credits, and billing cycle will be shown before confirmation.
Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on the payment provider and plan settings.
