You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, save, share, or publish through ImageVids AI.
You must not use ImageVids AI to create or distribute content that:
- Is illegal
- Harms others
- Violates privacy or consent
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Sexualizes or exploits minors
- Creates non-consensual intimate imagery
- Misleads people through impersonation or deceptive synthetic media
- Violates payment processor, platform, or model provider rules
2. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, generate, request, share, or attempt to create the following types of content.
2.1 NSFW, Adult, and Sexually Explicit Content
ImageVids AI does not allow:
- Pornographic content
- Sexually explicit content
- Nudity
- Sexualized images or videos
- Adult entertainment content
- Fetish content
- Sexual roleplay content
- Sexualized AI-generated people
- Content intended for sexual gratification
2.2 Minors and Child Safety
ImageVids AI strictly prohibits:
Violations may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
- Sexual, suggestive, or exploitative content involving minors
- Attempts to make minors appear sexualized
- Nudity involving minors
- Grooming, exploitation, or abuse content
- Age transformation intended to sexualize a person
- Any content that could endanger children
2.3 Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery
You may not create or attempt to create intimate, sexual, nude, or suggestive content involving a real person without consent.
This includes:
- Revenge porn
- AI-generated intimate imagery of a real person
- Undressing or clothing-removal requests
- Sexualized transformation of uploaded portraits
- Non-consensual deepfake-style content
2.4 Deepfake-Style Misuse and Impersonation
You may not use ImageVids AI to deceive people, impersonate others, or misrepresent synthetic media as real.
Prohibited examples include:
- Impersonating a real person without permission
- Creating fake statements or actions by public figures
- Misleading political, legal, financial, or medical content
- Fraudulent endorsements
- Fake evidence
- Identity deception
2.5 Public Figures and Private People
You must respect likeness, publicity, privacy, and consent rights.
You may not use a person's image to create misleading, harmful, sexual, defamatory, or unauthorized content.
For real people, including influencers, celebrities, employees, customers, or private individuals, you are responsible for obtaining all required rights and permissions before uploading or generating content.
2.6 Hate, Harassment, and Abuse
ImageVids AI does not allow content that promotes or encourages:
- Hate speech
- Harassment
- Bullying
- Dehumanization
- Threats
- Targeted abuse
- Discrimination based on protected characteristics
- Promotion of extremist ideologies
2.7 Violence, Terrorism, and Illegal Activity
You may not create content that:
- Promotes terrorism or violent extremism
- Encourages violence
- Gives instructions for illegal acts
- Glorifies real-world harm
- Shows graphic injury or gore for shock value
- Supports criminal activity
- Promotes illegal weapons use or unlawful violence
2.8 Copyright, Trademark, and IP Infringement
You may not upload or generate content that infringes third-party rights, including:
- Copyrighted images you do not have permission to use
- Trademarked logos used deceptively
- Brand assets used without authorization
- Characters, artwork, or styles used in ways that violate rights
- Client or product images you are not allowed to modify
2.9 Spam, Fraud, and Misleading Content
You may not use ImageVids AI to create:
- Scam content
- Fake ads
- Fraudulent promotions
- Misleading product claims
- Fake reviews
- Fake endorsements
- Phishing content
- Malware-related content
- Deceptive business, financial, or legal representations
2.10 Safety Filter Bypass
You may not attempt to bypass safety systems, including through:
- Misspellings
- Encoded language
- Prompt injection
- Hidden instructions
- Repeated prohibited attempts
- Using images to evade text filters
- Asking the system to ignore safety rules
3. Allowed Content
ImageVids AI may be used for many creative and business purposes, including:
- Product videos
- Ecommerce ads
- Social media clips
- Portrait animations with consent
- Anime and illustration animation
- Real estate and travel videos
- Storytelling and concept art motion
- Educational or presentation content
- Marketing visuals
- Creative experiments

4. Sensitive Use Cases
Some use cases may be allowed only when handled responsibly.
4.1 Portraits and Likeness
You may animate portraits only if you have the right and consent to use the person's image. Do not use portrait animation to mislead, sexualize, defame, harass, or impersonate someone.
4.2 Product and Brand Content
You may create product videos if you own the product images or have permission to use them. Do not create misleading ads, false claims, fake endorsements, or unauthorized brand materials.
4.3 Fictional and Stylized Characters
You may animate original fictional characters, anime artwork, concept art, and illustrations if you have the rights to use them. Do not infringe third-party IP or use protected characters without permission.
5. Content Review and Moderation
We may use automated systems, third-party tools, and manual review to detect and enforce policy violations.
We may:
- Block a prompt
- Reject an upload
- Stop a generation
- Remove generated content
- Restrict downloads
- Disable sharing
- Remove public examples or templates
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Withhold credits for policy-blocked generations
- Report serious violations when legally required
6. Credits and Policy Violations
If a generation is blocked or fails because your prompt, uploaded image, or request violates this Content Policy, credits may not be refunded.
Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content may result in account suspension or termination.
